About Us

Richard Lannan has been in the real estate business in the Greater Nashua area for over 30 years. He formed The Lannan Company in 1996, which is the management company for all the properties in their portfolio. Currently they own several investment and development properties in NH, MA and ME, with the biggest concentration in Southern NH, including two commercial buildings in Downtown Nashua. Other properties in NH are located in Hudson, Litchfield, Amherst, Peterborough and Newport. Richard is on the Downtown Improvement Committee for Downtown Nashua and is the President of Nashua Community Arts, the non-profit for the Nashua Performing Arts Center now under construction.
