A local flooring store in changing times. In 2004, Michael Cardoza purchased a small flooring store located on the oval in Milford New Hampshire. This local store was struggling to compete in a changing market. Consumers were using the Internet more. Home improvement stores were becoming a one-stop-shop for remodeling projects. People began buying products solely on the basis of price or convenience. Local specialty stores were slipping off the grid.
Bringing in his 25 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry, Michael’s vision was all about providing customers with the best possible flooring options and floor installation services at very competitive prices – all the while maintaining the personal connection with their customers as only a local flooring store can do. So confident he was that he could deliver on this promise – he put his own name on it.

Today Cardoza Flooring is doing just as Mike envisioned when he started his company in 2004. With the help of his son-in-law Jamey, Cardoza Flooring employs two full-time crews installing carpet, vinyl, and hardwood flooring throughout all of southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. They are certified installers with the International Certified Flooring Installers Association (ICFIA) and qualify as Elite Dealers for Tarkett Industries. Cardoza Flooring received the Tenth Annual Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau and have maintained their A+ rating with them.
